Joe McGuinn - DCR, Ruth Spaulding and David Kaplan cut the ribbon to officially open the Mill Site.

Jim Flaherty, Anthony Costello and Chuck Skillings conducted the Mill Site Tour after the ribbon cutting ceremony.
