Join the Oakham Historical Museum on Saturday, September 30th at 10 AM as we tour the village of Coldbrook Springs.  This resort village was purchased nearly one hundred years ago to create water protection land.

The walk will be conducted as the fifth in a series of walks by history enthusiast and story teller Bob Locke.

The event will feature images from the William Bullard glass negative collection courtesy of Frank Morrill, who is scheduled to speak at the event as well.

Bring sturdy shoes and insect repellent as we trek the 2+ mile loop through Oakham’s past.

We will meet at 10 AM sharp at the intersection of Coldbrook Road and the Mass Central Rail Trail, about 1/3 mile south of Worcester Road (Route 122).

The rain date will be 10/7 if necessary.

If you have any questions or need to reach out, please e-mail Bob Locke at ballenlocke@gmail.com.

We hope to see you there.
